I mpact of the Draft National Education Policy on  Mass Communication.   The National Policy on Education (NPE) is a policy   developed by the Government of India  to induce  education amongst   people  in India . The policy overlays  elementary education to colleges in both rural and urban India . The extant National Policy on Education, 1986 modified in 1992 required changes to meet the contemporary and futuristic needs of India's large youth population.   These are the reasons why we need education policies.
